• ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER FOR MONTHLY, 6, OR 12 MONTH TERM MEMBERSHIPS
Member understands and agrees their monthly payment will be automatically debited from member's designated account for a continuous term of Monthly, 6, or 12 months.
• MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS RENEW AUTOMATICALLY - 6 AND 12 MONTH MEMBERSHIPS REQUIRE RENEWAL BEFORE THE END OF THE TERM.
• WRITTEN CANCELLATION NOTICE REQUIRED 48 HOURS PRIOR TO NEXT BILLING DATE.

• PRICING IS BASED ON A "PER PERSON" MEMBERSHIP
• $50.00 ENROLLMENT FEE FOR ALL MEMBERSHIPS EXCEPT 12 MONTH AND PUNCH PASSES
• FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS REQUIRE AT LEAST 2 PEOPLE LIVING AT THE SAME ADRESS
• CORPORATE MEMBERSHIPS REQUIRE AT LEAST 3 EMPLOYEES
• MEMBERS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
• 10-PUNCH PASSES ARE VALID FOR THREE (3) MONTHS FROM ACTIVATION DATE
• MEMBERSHIPS WILL BE ACTIVATED 72 HOURS AFTER PURCHASE
• PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 24 HRS. FOR YOUR CARDKEY(S) TO BE REACTIVATED IF YOU ARE RENEWING

Corporate Membership

Requires a minimum of 3 employees

Punch Passes

Punch Passes are valid for three (3) months from activation date

If your membership profile changes during the year, your renewal fee will be based on your new membership profile.
Examples are:
• Graduated Student profile would change to Individual profile.
• Family profile reduced to one person would change to individual profile.
• Corporate profile reduces to two employees (or less), would change to individual profile.
• Individual profile turning 60 would renew at the Senior membership fee.
